Qualifications

• Approved Australian working rights required.
• First Aid Certificate required or obtainable before starting.
• RSA certificate required or obtainable before starting.
• Experience leading a team with kindness.
• Proven ability to resolve problems/complaints.
• High standards of attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel presentation, compliance and daily operations in line with Veri-Best Framework.
• Proactive recruitment, onboarding, training, development and management of Veriu people.
• Drive engagement with value-aligned culture to enable strategic goals.
• Embed Veriu Group sales philosophy, including data capture and opportunity exploration.
• Optimize guest satisfaction and experience at the hotel.
