Qualifications

• Approved Australian working rights.
• First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain before starting).
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or ability to obtain before starting).
• Experience leading a team with kindness to achieve outcomes.
• Ability to resolve problems and complaints.
• High standards of detail and communication (written & verbal).
• Experience managing people in a customer service environment.
• Passion for personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel presentation, compliance and daily operations per Veri-Best framework.
• Proactively recruit, onboard, train and develop Veriu people.
• Drive engagement with our value-aligned culture to meet strategic goals.
• Embed the Veriu Group sales philosophy, including data capture and opportunity exploration.
• Enhance guest satisfaction and overall guest experience at the hotel.
