Job summary

Veriu Macquarie Park is expanding and seeks a dedicated hotel operations leader to drive daily hotel performance, curate guest experiences, and develop a high-performing team. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will implement Veri-Best standards and foster a culture of ownership and personal growth.

The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, training, and alignment with Veriu values, delivering exceptional service and scalable growth across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Approved Australian working rights.
• First Aid Certificate required.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate required.
• Experience leading a team with kindness to achieve outcomes.
• Ability to resolve problems/complaints effectively.
• High standards of attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel presentation, compliance and daily operations in line with Veri-Best Framework.
• Lead proactive recruitment, onboarding, training, development and management of Veriu staff.
• Drive engagement with our value-aligned culture to meet strategic goals.
• Embed Veriu Group sales philosophy, including data capture, recording and opportunity exploration.
• Enhance guest satisfaction and overall guest experience at the hotel.
