You will coordinate rosters, mentor staff, manage guest feedback, and collaborate across departments, with a flexible rotating schedule that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays. This role operates in a beautiful Sunshine Coast setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Hotel Front Office Operations, marked by a leadership track record as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, fueled by strong organizational and time management skills.
• Masterful written and spoken communication abilities.
• Flexible rotating schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.
