Job summary

The Peabody Group invites applications for an Assistant Duty Manager at its Fortitude Valley venues Candy Club and Eye Candy. You will train alongside the Duty Manager and gradually take on night-running responsibilities, starting with the busiest nights from Thursday to Saturday.

Expect hands-on training, a fixed 4-night roster, and the company covering your RMLV and Approved Manager licences. A clear path to Duty Manager is outlined through our structured training system.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years as a supervisor, senior bartender or team leader in bars, clubs, hotels or casinos
• Current RSA (QLD) required
• Comfortable with cash handling and tills
• Reliable, organised and calm under pressure

• Run staff breaks, floor and bar flow during service

The Peabody Group operates two long-established, licensed adult entertainment venues in Fortitude Valley - Candy Club and Eye Candy. We're looking for an Assistant Duty Manager to train alongside our Duty Manager and step into running the night.

The role

Work alongside the Duty Manager on our busiest nights (Thursday–Saturday)

Run staff breaks, floor and bar flow during service

Learn and then own the close: balancing, reporting and lock-up
