The Vault on William is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the launch and daily operations at our new Rockhampton venue. You’ll collaborate with the Venue Manager to ensure smooth front-of-house service, staff leadership, and a safe, professional environment during late-night shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality management, Duty Manager, or senior bar supervisor roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent customer service with a calm, professional demeanour.
• Availability for late nights and weekends.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights.
• RSA Certificate is required; Approved Manager’s Licence and RMLV highly preferred.

About Us

The Vault on William is the exciting new sister venue to the well-established The Vault on Ruthven in Toowoomba. We are a growing Queensland hospitality group that have just opened a 2 nd high-end adult entertainment and late-night venue in the heart of Rockhampton.

We pride ourselves on professionalism, exceptional customer service, and creating a safe, sophisticated environment for both patrons and performers.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Duty Manager to join us. You will work closely with the Venue Manager to ensure the successful smooth running of the venue.

This is a great opportunity to get in early with a new venue and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Ongoing Operations:
• Act as Duty Manager on shift – running front-of-house and venue operations
• Deliver outstanding customer service and VIP experiences
• Monitor adult entertainment performances (full training provided)
• Manage staff on shift, cash handling, and end-of-night procedures
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, health & safety, and venue policies

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality management, Duty Manager, or senior bar supervisor roles
