Randstad is recruiting an Assistant Director of Service Design to lead key initiatives within the federal disability sector. This EL1 Service Delivery role directs operational coordination and workflow management including intake, prioritisation, and resource allocation to deliver high-quality, participant-centred outcomes while leading APS6 personnel and contractors.

Day rate of $602.55 + Super commencing in January 2027.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead, supervise staff and contractors and develop staff capabilities.
• Plan and support workflows including intake, prioritisation and resource allocation for timely service delivery.
• Aust.-citizenship and aptitude to navigate core business systems such as SAP CRM and PACE.

Responsabilités

• Direct operational coordination and workflow management to deliver participant-centred outcomes.
• Lead APS6 staff and contractors and develop operational frameworks and knowledge materials.
• Provide strategic reporting to senior leadership, the NDIA Executive, the Board and the Minister.
