Best Practice Software in Bundaberg, Queensland is seeking an Assistant Director, Customer Operations to lead Account Management and Customer Experience streams, shaping strategy for sales growth. You will oversee complex sales from enquiry to deployment and act as a senior escalation point for key customers, building lasting stakeholder relationships.

The role requires coaching leaders, strategic thinking and a strong focus on quality and continual improvement within a health IT environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading senior teams and building high-performing cultures.
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Strong sales, account management or customer-experience background.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in health technology or Australasian health sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Account Management and Customer Experience streams, coaching leaders and building a team culture people love.
• Shape and drive strategy for sales and account growth, using customer insights and segmentation to find opportunities.
• Oversee complex sales from first enquiry through to proposal, deployment and follow-up for a seamless experience.
• Act as a senior escalation point for key customers and build strong relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the business.
• Partner with the Director to plan for the future, manage resources and performance, and champion quality and continual improvement.
