Job summary

Best Practice Software Pty Ltd in Bundaberg, Queensland seeks an experienced Product Manager (Product Owner) to lead design with designers, clinicians and delivery teams, turning customer conversations into prioritized features.

You will own features from concept to prototypes, write requirements and acceptance criteria, and ensure UX, accessibility and clinical safety standards. The role offers a hybrid working model across Australasia.

Qualifications

Experience as Product Owner/Manager or BA on technology products.
Experience running customer interviews or discovery workshops.
Hands-on turning customer insight into requirements and user stories.
Experience prioritising requests by value, cost and risk.
Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Run customer interviews, discovery workshops and co-design sessions to understand customer needs.
Shape roadmap and releases by monitoring competitors and market trends.
Propose new work with customer, clinical value, viability, cost and risk.
Own features from idea to prototypes, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with marketing, training and customer-facing teams for rollout.
Ensure features meet UX, accessibility and clinical safety standards.
