Job summary

Vital Healthcare Services Limited in Australia is seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to work alongside our Registered Manager and act as the operational engine driving care services and growth. You will own day-to-day service quality, HR processes and compliance, freeing senior staff to expand the footprint.

You will lead quality audits, workforce rotas, HR support, and growth initiatives, partnering with leadership to onboard new contracts and scale operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational management or supervisory roles in social care, healthcare, or domiciliary care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service quality & audits, including medication audits and compliance reviews.
• Manage master rotas for staffing, shift coverage, and cost efficiency across care delivery.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, staff retention, supervision and HR processes.
• Partner with the Registered Manager to identify operational efficiencies and onboard new contracts.
• Maintain readiness for inspections by ensuring documentation and staff files are audit-ready.
