Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking an Assistant Director to lead a dedicated team of educators. You will support the Centre Director, guide program delivery, and mentor staff to uphold our commitments to children, families and the community.

You will work rotating shifts and contribute to building a warm, inclusive culture across the centre, with a focus on quality, wellbeing and professional development.

You will use your masterful leadership skills to support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre, guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds, and actively mentor and develop the team in line with best practice.

About You:

• A current ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or above,
• Current VICWorking with Children's Check
• Current VIC Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months,Proda ID and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
