Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning's Halls Head centre is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to lead and inspire the centre team and drive continuous improvement across operations. You will partner with the Centre Director, mentor staff, and foster strong relationships with families and the local community.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood or equivalent (ACECQA approved).
• Current WA Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
• Experience as Assistant Director or centre leadership preferred.

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

In this role, you will:
