Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning West Lakes is seeking an experienced Educator to champion our commitments and lead a welcoming, high-quality learning environment. You will oversee classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation with support from our NLRDP Partners and Operations Support Manager.

You will collaborate with a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract the next generation of Educator superheroes, while ensuring compliance with National Quality Standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education.
• Strong knowledge of child safety and protection.
• Leadership abilities to engage and grow a team of Educators.

Responsibilities

• Live and implement Green Leaves Commitments in daily practice.
• Run smooth, day-to-day operations prioritising children and team.
• Welcome families warmly and deliver high-quality tours and orientations.
• Build genuine connections with local families and networks.
• Oversee classroom curriculum and pedagogy with support from NLRDP Partners and Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract Educators.

About You:

• An ACECQA-approved DiplomaofEarly Childhood Education, or above
• Current State relevant Working with Children’s Check,Police Check + PRODA
• Current Child Protection Training and National Child Safety Training
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experienceengaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators
• Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.
