Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning West Lakes is seeking an experienced Educator Leader to oversee classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation, while championing our commitments of welcome, connection, and excellence.

You will lead and develop a team of Educators, utilizing your regulatory knowledge to maintain National Quality Standards compliance and high-quality care for children and families in the local community.

Qualifications

• ACEQCA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education or higher.
• Current Working with Children Check, Police Check + PRODA.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation with support.
• Engage, inspire and grow a team of Educators.
• Lead and partner with Centre Leadership to ensure high-quality education and care.

About You:

• An ACECQA-approved DiplomaofEarly Childhood Education, or above
• Current State relevant Working with Children’s Check,Police Check + PRODA
• Current Child Protection Training and National Child Safety Training
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experienceengaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators
• Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.
