Job summary

Goodstart Rockingham is seeking an Assistant Director to support the Centre Director in leading a warm, 77-place learning environment. You will mentor staff, drive high-quality early learning, and take charge in the Centre Director’s absence while implementing the Goodstart Practice Guide.

The role is full-time, 38 hours per week, with ongoing professional development and a pathway to leadership within a supportive team.”

Qualifications

• Diploma OR Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
• Current Western Australia Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.

Pay: $42.38 - $43.60 (Qualification and experience pending) + Superannuation + Benefits
