Job summary

A leading early learning organisation in Toowoomba is seeking an experienced professional to support the Centre Director in managing high-quality early learning. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Children's Services and experience in leadership roles. This position offers competitive pay, up to 50% childcare discount, and various employee benefits. In this role, you will:

Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care

Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team

Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence

About Goodstart Middle Ridge

• 75 places in centre
• 5 days a week - Rotating roster
• Operating 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Our beautiful centre has 5 rooms, ranging from Nursery through to Kindergarten.
• Located within walking distance of Middle Ridge State School on Spring Street. We also have a small array of shops located across the road from us.
