Goodstart Blackburn South is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to lead the centre alongside the Centre Director, inspiring the team and driving continual improvements across operations. The role supports high-quality early learning, family engagement, and community connections.

You will mentor staff, manage the centre in the Director's absence, and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide, contributing to a thriving not-for-profit learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership role.
• Ability to mentor and build capabilities within the team.
• Familiarity with Goodstart Practice Guide is desirable.
