As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Wantirna, you’ll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.
Goodstart Wantirna is a 120-place purpose-built long day care centre located at 309 Mountain Highway. Featuring five spacious learning environments and three outdoor play areas, our centre provides high-quality education and care for children from nursery through to kindergarten, with a strong focus on play-based learning and school readiness.
As the Assistant Director, you will partner closely with the Centre Director to support the day-to-day operations and lead the delivery of high-quality education and care. This role is ideal for a confident and experienced early childhood leader who can drive consistency, mentor educators and embed best practice.
