Goodstart Kallangur – Duffield Road West is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to lead our centre alongside the Centre Director, driving high-quality early learning and care. In this full-time role, you will mentor staff, manage the centre in the Director’s absence, and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to ensure excellence across operations and learning outcomes.

Role: Assistant Director

Centre: Goodstart Kallangur – Duffield Road West

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $44.39 - $45.67 p/h (depending on experience) + Super

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Kallangur – Duffield Road West , you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

About Goodstart Kallangur – Duffield Road West

Our welcoming 71-place centre offers a supportive and collaborative environment where children are encouraged to learn, grow and thrive.

As Assistant Director, you'll work alongside the Centre Director in a full-time position working across a rotating roster between 6:30am and 6:00pm, supporting the operational needs of the centre. Drive quality outcomes, mentor and inspire educators, and help create a positive and engaging workplace culture.
