Early Years Talent in Ballarat is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Centre Manager to join a vibrant 90-place service. You will lead daily operations, mentor a dedicated team, and work with the Centre Manager to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, demonstrates strong communication, and brings EYLF/NQS knowledge with a collaborative approach to families and staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher) required.
• Proven people management experience with ability to lead and influence.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS and ability to apply in practice.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support a team of educational professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Partner with the Centre Manager to drive daily operations and service excellence.
