Early Years Talent is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Centre Manager to join the leadership team at a vibrant 90-place service in Ballarat, VIC.

The successful candidate will lead and empower a dedicated team of early childhood professionals while supporting the Centre Manager. A Diploma in ECEC (or higher) and proven people management skills are essential; EYLF/NQS knowledge is highly valued, with ongoing development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
• Proven people management experience.
• Experience as an ACM is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team of early childhood educational professionals.
• Support the Centre Manager and promote a culture of respect, professionalism, community focus and fun in the centre.
