Job summary

Eden Academy Two Wells is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to lead with passion, foster a nurturing environment, and build strong relationships with families and the community.

Opening 2 November 2026, our new centre runs 6:30am–6:30pm, caring for 141 children daily; candidates must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-equivalent), have a current Working with Children Check, Australian Working Right, and two professional references; Monday–Friday availability.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) is required.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Australian Working Right.
• Professional and warm presentation.
• Engage with families and the local community with confidence.
• Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor in childcare/education.

About You

As our new Assistant Centre Manager you will:

• Inspire your team to cultivate excellence in early education.
• Build strong connections with families and the community.

What You’ll Bring:

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Maintain a current Working with Children Check
• Possess Australian Working Right
• Present yourself in a professional and warm manner
• Engage with families and the local community with confidence and curiosity
• Contribute to a team-first attitude and a positive environment
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
• Comfortable supporting and participating in the Catholic identity of the service, including prayer, faith-based celebrations and community events, while embracing the values of the Xavier College community.
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
