Eden Academy Two Wells is a BRAND NEW centre in Two Wells, SA, opening with a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher. The centre operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm and serves 141 children, delivering a world‑class Kindergarten program in a welcoming, family‑oriented setting.

Join a child safe organisation where educators are supported by ownership, with strong EYLF/NQS alignment, Catholic identity engagement, and ongoing professional development. A $2000 sign‑on bonus and above‑award salary are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Early Childhood or ACECQA‑approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Professional, polished presence and warm approach.
• Ability to connect with families and the local community.
• Experience delivering Kindergarten programs with heart and intention.
• Comfort with Catholic identity and Xavier College values.
• Two professional references, including a manager/supervisor.

What You’ll Bring:

• A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check
• Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Full Australian working rights
• A professional, polished presence and warm approach
• A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
• Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
• Comfortable supporting and participating in the Catholic identity of the service, including prayer, faith-based celebrations and community events, while embracing the values of the Xavier College community.
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
