Job summary

Eden Academy Pacific Pines is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Manager to support day-to-day operations of our early learning centre. This leadership role requires a positive team player who can inspire educators while ensuring high-quality care for children.

We are a child-safe organisation committed to safety, wellbeing and empowerment. Our 6:30am–6:30pm schedule serves 112 children, with opportunities to grow across our centres and a strong focus on community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Australian Working Right.
• Professional and warm presentation.
• Engage with families and the local community with confidence and curiosity.
• Contribute to a team-first attitude and a positive environment.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday.
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.

About You

What You’ll Bring:
