Job summary

Eden Academy Caboolture is seeking a dedicated Centre Lead to inspire and manage a warm, family‑oriented early childhood team. You will lead with care, coach colleagues, and foster a safe, stimulating learning environment in a busy, light-filled centre.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Must hold a current Working with Children Check.
• Available to work 4–5 days per week.
• Two professional references including one from a childcare/education manager or supervisor.

What You’ll Bring
