Job summary

Eden Academy Harris Crossing is seeking a high-impact Centre Manager to lead a resource-rich early learning environment and cultivate a family-like culture. You will guide a valued team and drive safety, wellbeing and growth for children across long hours in a 6.30am–6.30pm centre that supports up to 130 children.

As a leader within Eden Academy, you will empower educators, foster meaningful family connections, and uphold excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Legally entitled to work in Australia with full working rights
• Safety-conscious with a current Child Protection certificate
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Warm, approachable and professional manner
• Strong connections with families and local community
• Two professional references from childcare/education setting

What You’ll Bring

• A warm, approachable and professional manner
