Eden Academy West Lakes is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to support daily operations, mentor educators, and uphold high-quality education and care in a nurturing environment.

You will work alongside the Centre Manager, lead teams, and contribute to a child-safe culture with strong leadership and organisational skills. Availability Monday to Friday is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an Assistant Centre Manager role in early childhood education.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check and full Australian working rights.

About You As our Assistant Centre Manager, you’ll work alongside the Centre Manager to support daily operations, mentor educators and maintain high-quality education and care.

To be successful, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in an Assistant Centre Manager role in early childhood education.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check and full Australian working rights.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A collaborative, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for early learning.
• Availability Monday to Friday.
