Job summary

Affinity Education Group is seeking a dynamic Centre Manager for Kids Academy Arana Hills on Bringelly Street. Lead daily operations, nurture relationships with families, and drive occupancy while upholding quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-equivalent.
• Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
• Current Working with Children’s Check.
• Experience achieving targets and ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Centre(s) per policy and budget.
• Build lasting connections with families and the local community to boost occupancy.
• Mentor Centre staff to meet or exceed National Quality Standards.

About the Role

• Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
• Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
• Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
