Job summary

Affinity Education Group is seeking a Centre Manager for Little Beginnings at Kolodong to lead daily operations, safeguard children, and inspire educators in a nurturing learning environment.

You will drive quality, build strong family partnerships, and foster a high‑performing team while aligning with the Lifelong Learning Curriculum and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting.
• Strong understanding of compliance, quality, and operational requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and strong family relationships.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
