Eden Academy West Lakes in Adelaide is seeking a confident Centre Manager to lead daily operations, inspire educators and foster a nurturing environment where children flourish.

You will build strong relationships with families, manage budgets, and support ongoing professional development. This role offers a generous above-award salary and opportunities to grow across our SA centres.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience as Centre Manager in early childhood education.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-recognised equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check and full Australian working rights.
• Current Child Protection and Food Safety Supervisor certificates.
• Strong leadership, communication and operational management skills.
• Passion for building positive team cultures and meaningful relationships with families.
• Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor in childcare/education.

About You As our Centre Manager, you'll lead daily operations, inspire your team and create a nurturing environment where educators feel supported and children flourish.

You'll Bring

• At least 2-3 years' experience as a Centre Manager in early childhood education.
