Job summary

Sheraton invites you to join as Assistant Bar Manager to lead a venue within our food and beverage team, delivering service excellence and guest experiences that resonate with our community.

You will be a confident leader, plan team activities, ensure stock and prep are ready, and serve as the main contact for clients while upholding policies and driving future bookings.

Responsibilities

• Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and assist with managing a venue in the food and beverage department, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations.
• Responsible for managing a food and beverage venue, ensuring the team is providing service excellence through each customer experience.
• Be a confident and welcoming leader, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential.
• Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better.
• Ensure the venue is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning.
• Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Food and Beverage department.
• Ensure you and your team uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings.
