Sheraton Hotels & Resorts at 161 Elizabeth Street, Sydney, is seeking a Bartender for a part-time, on-site role. You will tend bar, serve food, and provide a memorable beverage experience for guests.

Bring RSA certification and relevant experience, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and be eligible to work in Australia. Join a team that values hospitality, training, and personal growth within a global brand.

Position Summary:

• Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and assist with the bar service period, tending bar and serving food to guests exceeding their expectations


• Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests


• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times


• Welcome and engage with our guests throughout the complete beverage experience


• Support the bar team in general operational tasks working closely the food and beverage team


• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings

About You:

• An up-to-date RSA


• Relevant experience in a similar role
