Job summary

Sheraton Port Douglas is looking for an experienced F&B Supervisor to lead restaurant service, welcome guests, and ensure exceptional dining experiences. You will supervise the team, maintain a compliant and welcoming environment, and support bar tasks when needed.

With RSA in place and working rights in Australia, you’ll drive guest satisfaction, motivate your team, and contribute to ongoing Marriott International standards and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• RSA certification is required to supervise beverage service.
• Experience in a managerial role within F&B.
• Working rights in Australia are essential.
• Desire to advance within Marriott International properties.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant service periods and guest interactions.

Position Summary:

Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations

Welcome and engage with guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience

Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience

Assist with the bar operational tasks if required

Be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential

Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better

Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times

Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks

Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings

About You:

An up to date RSA

Relevant experience in a managerial role
