Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years experience in an Assistant Accountant or similar role.
• Currently based in Australia with unrestricted work rights.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables essential).

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with monthly reporting and maintain financial workpapers.
• Prepare and process payments using online banking platforms.
• Handle investor transactions (allocations, redemptions, transfers).
