Job summary

Northern Star Mining Services Limited is seeking a Planning & Reliability Superintendent to lead the Processing Maintenance planning, scheduling and reliability at the Jundee plant. The role is permanent with a Tuesday to Friday four-day-on, three-day-off FIFO from Perth, reporting to the Processing Manager.

You will drive improvements in work management, asset reliability and maintenance execution readiness, coaching teams and delivering KPI dashboards and reliable plant performance.

Qualifications

• Significant maintenance planning and reliability leadership experience in mining or fixed plant operations.
• Experience with CMMS systems and leading planners, schedulers and reliability engineers.
• Current C Class Australian Drivers Licence or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Processing Maintenance planning, scheduling and reliability function.
• Establish and maintain a disciplined weekly planning and scheduling cycle.
• Improve work identification, scoping, planning, scheduling, execution and close‑out.
