Thiess is seeking an organised Asset Administrator to join the Component Rebuild Centre (CRC) in Darra, Brisbane. You will support workflow, cost control and admin processes, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

Reporting to the Workshop Superintendent, you will enable smooth day-to-day operations and onboarding for new staff. Ideal candidates have admin or asset administration experience, exposure to mining/heavy industry, proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with JDE or similar

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an administration or asset administration/maintenance support role.
• Exposure to mining, heavy industry or workshop environments.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using JDE or a similar ERP system.
• Excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Administration and/or finance qualifications (desirable).

Aufgaben

• Support workshop workflow, job tracking and coordination activities.
• Manage timesheets, documentation, records and site communications.
• Maintain data accuracy in JDE and related systems.
• Assist with procurement, purchase orders, invoice processing and cost management.
• Prepare operational and financial reports.
• Coordinate onboarding, system access requests and admin support for new employees.
• Support governance, compliance and record-keeping requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve admin processes and efficiency.
• Provide direct support to the Workshop Superintendent and CRC leadership.
