Thiess is seeking an organised Asset Administrator to join our Assets team at the Component Rebuild Centre (CRC) in Darra, Brisbane. Reporting to the Workshop Superintendent, you will provide administrative, financial and operational support to keep the CRC running smoothly.

You will coordinate timesheets, procurement, cost management and reporting, maintain data integrity across JDE and related systems, and support onboarding and governance activities in a fast-paced, safety‑conscious

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an administration, asset administration or maintenance support role.
• Exposure to mining, heavy industry, maintenance or workshop environments.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using JDE or a similar ERP system.
• Excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Administration and/or finance qualifications (desirable).
