Job summary

Aviation Australia is seeking a proactive Assessments Coordinator in Melbourne, VIC. This full-time role coordinates assessments, site visits, meetings, and other activities across a dispersed national team, while supporting apprentices, employers, instructors and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will process apprentice documentation, manage e-journal platforms, and handle inbox communications with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high demand administrative or scheduling role.
• Experience in an educational setting with apprenticeship and RPL knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Intermediate Microsoft 365 knowledge and adaptability to new systems.
• Ability to interpret and apply legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required.

Responsibilities

• Process apprentice documentation and coordinate e-journal support and training.
• Manage shared inbox communications and respond to walk-in enquiries.
• Coordinate and schedule assessments, site visits, meetings and other activities.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and timely communication with apprentices, employers, instructors and internal stakeholders.
