We are seeking a proactive, highly organised and service-oriented Assessments Coordinator. Working as part of a geographically dispersed national team, you will collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations to ensure consistent, high-quality support and service delivery.
This full-time position is responsible for a variety of administrative and customer support functions, including processing apprentice documentation, coordinating e-journal support and training, managing shared inbox communications, and responding to walk-in enquiries. The role is also responsible for coordinating and scheduling assessments, site visits, meetings, and other key activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely communication with apprentices, employers, instructors, and internal stakeholders.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high demand administrative or scheduling role (essential)
Experience in a similar role in an educational setting will be highly regarded, along with knowledge of Apprentice and Recognition of Prior learning (RPL) assessment processes.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, deal with sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to become an effective user of new computer systems, including electronic journal (e-journal) platforms.
Ability to interpret and apply legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.
Willingness and flexibility to undertake training and travel domestically as required.
