• Previous retail leadership experience.

• Ability to coach, motivate and support others.
• Confidence to lead the store when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing sales team and drive store performance.
• Coach and motivate Team Members to achieve sales goals.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and build genuine customer relationships.
• Take ownership of store operations when the Store Manager is away.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development of Team Members.
• Assist with inventory, rostering, visual standards and loss prevention.
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture with recognised performance.
