Job summary

Prouds The Jewellers is seeking an ambitious Assistant Store Manager at Kotara to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences daily.

You'll partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach staff, manage operations, and develop your leadership career within Australia's iconic jewellery retailer with 120+ years of heritage. You will have the chance to step up when required and contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience at an assistant manager level or higher.
• Passion for selling and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to coach, motivate and support others to achieve strong sales results.
• Confidence to step up and lead the store when required.
• Strong planning, organisation and time management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to lead, inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, building authentic customer relationships and maximising every sales opportunity.
• Coach and motivate Team Members to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Take ownership of store performance and operations when the Store Manager is away.
• Assist with store operations including inventory, rostering, visual standards and loss prevention.
• Help create a positive, accountable team culture where great performance is recognised and celebrated.
