Job summary

Prouds Kotara in Newcastle, NSW is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, develop people, manage scheduling, inventory and loss prevention, and step up on busy days to ensure store success.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant Manager or senior sales professional.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve sales targets.
• Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team on the shop floor.
• Drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
