Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience, e.g., Assistant Manager or 2IC.
• Passion for selling and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to coach and support others to achieve sales targets.
• Comfort stepping up to lead the store when required.
• Strong planning, organisation and time management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive sales performance and support the Store Manager with daily operations.
• Coach, motivate and develop Team Members to achieve goals.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Oversee inventory, rostering, visual standards and loss prevention.
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture that recognises performance.
