Prouds Kotara is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a busy jewellery retail environment.

You will have the opportunity to lead in absence of the Store Manager, coach staff, and contribute to sales growth while upholding brand standards and excellent service. This is a pathway toward Store Management within Australia’s iconic family-owned jewellery brand.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant Manager, 2IC, 3IC or senior sales professional.
• Genuine passion for selling and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to coach, motivate and support others to achieve sales results.
• Confidence to step up and lead the store when required.
• Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with customers and your team.
• A polished, professional approach with resilience, positivity and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and drive sales performance on the floor.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and build authentic customer relationships.
• Coach and motivate Team Members to achieve sales goals.
• Take ownership of store performance and operations when the Store Manager is away.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and development of Team Members.
• Oversee inventory, rostering, visual standards and loss prevention.
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture.
