Prouds Bunbury, a flagship Australian jeweller, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, and step up to lead store operations when needed.

Formación

• Previous retail leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant Manager or senior sales professional.
• Passion for selling and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to coach, motivate and support others to achieve strong sales results.
• Confidence to step up and lead store when required.
• Strong planning, organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and team.
• Polished, professional approach with resilience and high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager to lead, inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and maximise sales opportunities.
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership of store performance and operations when the Store Manager is away.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and development.
• Support inventory, rostering, administration, visual standards and loss prevention.
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture with recognition of performance.
