Viva Energy Group, through its OTR network in South Australia, seeks an Area Manager to lead multiple convenience sites, delivering strong operational performance, guest experiences and commercial results.

You will coach Store Managers, drive safety and compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance sales, productivity and profitability while upholding a customer-first approach.

The Role:
Reporting to the State Manager – Convenience, the Area Manager is responsible for leading multiple retail sites to deliver strong operational performance, exceptional guest experiences, and commercial results. You will coach and support Store Managers while driving consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across your region.

You Will Provide:

• Leadership, coaching, and support to Store Managers and site teams.
• Oversight of operational performance across multiple retail locations.
• Strong commercial focus to improve sales, productivity, and profitability.
• Support for store openings, conversions, and operational initiatives.
• Compliance with safety, food safety, and company standards and policies.
• A customer-first approach focused on service and guest experience.
• Collaboration with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes
• Continuous improvement through operational and process efficiencies.
• Accountability for financial, operational, and people performance metrics.
