Job summary

OTR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and lead a small team in a dynamic retail environment in Sydney. You will drive customer service, manage training, rostering, stock control and reporting while upholding health and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in retail, strong communication skills, a passion for coaching others, and the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
