Job summary

OTR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Australia to help lead daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive team performance. You will assist with rostering, stock control, reporting, and ensuring health and safety policies are followed, while developing staff and supporting career progression across our network.

OTR – Assistant Store Manager

About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
