Job summary

OTR Group is seeking a proactive individual to support daily store operations in Newcastle. You will lead customer service, train staff, and manage rostering and stock while upholding health and safety standards. A capability to adapt and work well with others is essential.

You will contribute to reporting and continuous improvement, with opportunities for career growth across our global network and brand portfolio. A strong customer focus and team leadership are required.

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
