Job summary

OTR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and train a team. You will help with rostering, stock control, reporting, and ensure adherence to safety policies.

The role offers opportunities to grow within the network, with perks like staff discounts, barista coffee training, and a Step Up incentive program; core hours are Mon–Thu 7:00–15:00 and Fri 14:00–22:00.

OTR - Assistant Store Manager

About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.

Availability Requirements

The successful candidate should have flexible availability but be willing to commit to the following core hours each week:

• Monday: 7:00 - 15:00


• Tuesday: 7:00 - 15:00


• Wednesday: 7:00 - 15:00


• Thursday: 7:00 - 15:00


• Friday: 14:00 - 22:00
